There were 3 interviews in the process, 2 phone and 1 face-to-face. First was with the hiring manager, and rest were directors from other sites. Overall, the process was professionally handled although phone interviews can be troublesome due to the lag and distorted conversations experienced. However, the hiring manager was reluctant to reveal the remuneration package, and insisted that I meet up in person to discuss the matter. This gave me an impression that he wasn't directly honest with me, and hence I withdrew at the final stage.
