The technical interview, in particular, was comprehensive and gave me insights into the company's commitment to technical excellence. The interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, which made the experience all the more rewarding. However, my enthusiasm began to wane during the post-interview phase. After the final interview, the HR department contacted me with good news – I was informed that the response was positive, and they would provide me with final details within two days. Regrettably, this is where the communication breakdown occurred. Despite my attempts to follow up, the HR representative has not responded to my calls or emails. While my overall impression of Bentley Systems is favorable based on the interview process and the quality of the interviews, the post-interview communication has left me in a state of uncertainty. I believe that clear and timely communication is crucial to both candidates and the company. It's my hope that Bentley Systems can address this aspect of their recruitment process to provide a more transparent and candidate-friendly experience in the future.
