Pretty informal process, not what I expected. They didn’t seem too prepared and just asked random questions versus having a guide. Was virtual so that was nice, but I would have preferred in person.

My process involved a brief phone screening followed by two rounds of interviews. I was offered a position in the second interview, and the final details of my compensation were worked out via a phone call later.
