Initially I interviewed for a project manager position. Being told within a couple of weeks that I needed commercial real estate experience. I loved on with my job search was requested to interview once again for the same position. It took 6 months to hear an answer in order to progress in the process, but the day before the interview my position I was interviewing for changed to the above. I had no clue what this position was or how I fit any part of the job description. I managed to speak to the next person and then ended up meeting the team hiring. Everyone was really great it seemed, but all of that just for a “no” again. So 6 months and two “no’s”, totally not worth my time stressing over. Bad communication, uncertainty, a lot of people telling me they’re SO busy they have had no time to look at my information. If you’re so busy, why are you hiring competent people who can get the job done? Very happy I didn’t get asked to join this mess.
