Handed my resume, one week later met with the supervisor and the manager for an interview. They asked me basic questions. Why are you living in Japan? How long do you see yourself here? Why do you want to work as an English instructor?
I was completely disrespected. The interviewer was speaking English at 2x speed as if that meant his English was good. It was a terrible experience—it didn't even last 8 minutes. Terrible. Don't waste your time. If that's how the interview went, I can't imagine the company culture and support. NEVER AGAIN
