Very short had a skills test that went over ohms law and general electrical questions, and toured the plant. They got back with me fairly quickly to let me know that I got the job.

I spoke with a recruiter on multiple occasions. The first time was to hear about my previous work experience. The next step was the company reviewing my resume to see if I would be a good candidate for the position. Then to set up an in person interview. After that i was offered the position that i applied for. Overall the process was smooth and a pleasant experience.

What makes me think I am a good candidate for this opportunity?
one on one interview, job application with resume. Discussed work schedule and what was expected. The difficult parts of the job and the not so difficult parts of the job. Answered any questions that I had. Drug test before offer. Process took about a week. They changed supervisors during the 2 week notice period that I had and I had to come back and talk to new supervisor prior to start date.
