I interviewed with the owner of the company in one of the most socially awkward interviews I've ever had. From what I gathered, the company was looking at the position as a role that would handle the jobs of what should be at least two people instead of hiring multiple candidates to fit their needs. The owner was very monotone and I could tell this role would have sucked the life out of me, so I mailed it in from there and was on my way. The company is small and appears to be struggling for more business. I also got the impression they were asking questions for expert opinions on how to further their business knowing they weren't going to hire you regardless.
