Very simple, I had a video interview and an in person interview. It was more like a conversation than an interview. I will say the video interview was like rapid fire with the questions. They give you 8 questions and 10 seconds to read and 2 minutes to respond.

How would you describe a technical concept to someone who is not tech savvy?
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
