You have to do a recording as an interview first. Then you will do an in person interview later. For it being a minimum wage job, it is a bit extreme.

They did a virtual interview with a third party. They asked me around 8 questions with about 2 mintues to anwser them with 10 second to think of a response. Then I got texted from a hiring manager to schedule an in person interview.

Interview process is fully online and conducted through video interviews. It's a little dehumanizing, not in a bad sense, but I believe using video for interviews makes it difficult to gauge what the job is going to be like.

Since the interview questions revolve around your ability to talk to customers, it’s important to understand that all these questions are crucial in determining whether you can sell Best Buy credit cards.
