Met with supervisor and then met with the manager who walked you around the store and showed you the complete process along with introducing you to the co-workers (pretty awesome).

You don't speak to anyone during the actual interview. A prompt is displayed on screen, and you're given time to respond to it. Once complete, they move on to the next step if you meet their criteria.
Pretty easy. Had to come in and waited for the manager of the inventory office. Just had to be willing to work odd hours and answer questions reasonable and maybe you'll get hired on the spot like I did

Q: How would you find a question you don't know the answer to?
They either do in person or over the phone. Pretty simple process. No experience is needed but open availability is crucial and usually the biggest thing they look for usually.
