Pretty straight forward. I interviewed with a previous GM. Basic questions to try to feel out how comfortable you are with talking to people and can you think on the fly. Passed the first two interviews then took a drug test. About a month for the results to come back from LabCorp.

How do you obtain knowledge on a product that you are not familiar with?
easy questions, behavioural - focused on wether you can handle customer interactions well. "Tell us about a time when you handled conflict", "How would you approach an upset customer", etc.
Very simple first on the phone interview, then come to the store for a in store interview with asst. Manager, then you have an interview with the GM. Relaxed for the most part

It helps to have a background or an understanding of technology as well as customer service. They are looking for people who have a desire to work and are flexible in helping your teammates out as well.
