My interview with my department head was more questions about how you deal with peer pressure and the interview with the general manager was more laid back and be basically wanted to know my character

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.

Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
