Its was very simple. She was very nice. They give you a small interview over the phone before asking you to come in for a face to face interview. You have to take an assessment test before all though.
One with a shift lead, another with the store GM, very casual, I was way overdressed for the part. Think of the customer service part first, tech knowledge second. A mobile sales associate will also work closely with Geek Squad for troubleshoots.

The interview was pretty straightforward. The questions were reasonable. The manager was very respectful of me and my time. It wasn't long after the interview that they got back in contact with me and received an offer.

They were professional and courteous of my time. The manager and boss did a very good job of asking me curve ball questions to determine my character. Overall, a quick interview and professional.
