I applied online as a cashier on a Thursday. Exactly a week later i got a call from one of the managers asking if i was still interested and then scheduled me for an interview that Tuesday. I arrived at the store 15 minutes early and was interviewed about 15 minutes later. The interview consisted of many question (see below) with most being a tell me a time when.... After the interview the guy told me if it was okay if i waited a little bit and get interviewed by the GM. After about 10 minutes my interviewer came back in and said that the GM got caught up in something and if it would be okay if i came back the next day. The next day i walked into the store, 15 minutes early, and went to customer service to check in for my interview. The lady there told me that the GM was currently interviewing someone else and if it would be okay if i just waited. I said yes and walked around the store. After about 10 minutes an employee introduced himself to me, which i thought was very nice. A manager came to get about 10 minutes after that to tell me that the GM is ready. I walked back into the room I was interviewed in the day before. The GM asked me some of the same questions but the most important, what would you do if you saw someone stealing from the company? at the end of the interview i was offered a job in video games instead of cashier. I would just like to add what you hear about if you get the GM interview, you basically have the job because while the GM was getting me a drug test paper I lookeed at the whiteboard and saw my name and the word "gaming" right next to it
