Easy.... if you can articulate a full sentence and can describe the features of a pen, they will hire you. It is very informal but that doesn't mean dress like a slob or not act professional.

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.

Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
