It whole process was pretty fast, Consisted of three interviews; one phone and two in person. The phone interview is really quick to get a feel of you. The 2nd interview is with a manager and the recruiter in which they ask you several situational questions. The last interview is with the General Manager in which he/she will ask you the same questions. If you pass all that when congrats you have the job! Just make sure your pee is clean!

Why do you want to work for best buy? How should you interact with a manager? Do you know how to close a sale? Tell me about a time you dealt with a rude customer, how did you handle it?
Easy and quick. Offer same day. There were multiple managers and they asked the normal sales questions you would expect. They called me immediately after and offered me the job.

The called back quickly and offered an interview within one week from applying. The interview wasn't lengthy and asked your typical retail scenario questions. The email relaying that there was a better fit for the position took approximately one week to deliver, but the website indicated I was no longer under consideration within a few days of the interview.

Three part interview. With hr , assistant manager and store manager. Pretty quick. They already knew who they wanted. Went through the typical work history questions and the personal "get-to-know-you" questions. Fairly laid back.
