First I received phone call inquiring about my availability, do I work now, etc. She then proceeded to schedule me for an interiew with the operations manager the following week.
I came into the store, spoke to the gentleman in a yellow shirt and I waitied for the manager to interview me. I had to come back the next day to interview with the general manager and after the interview he gave me a drug test form with a job offer.

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
