I applied back in September and cold called every week. It wasn't until November that they called me back for an interview. The first interview consisted of the GM asking me why I wanted to work at Best Buy, discussion about my skills, and what are my weaknesses in the workplace.
The next interview was the GM manager announcing to me that I got the job!

My most difficult question was explaining why I was terminated from one job. The GM was very understanding though since it was basically a telemarketing job and nobody likes telemarketers. :)

Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
