I had 3 interviews. The first was via phone, the second was with the department manager and store sales manager [together], and the third was with the gm of the store. Interview #1 was a typical screening interview, asking me to describe my most recent/most relevant previous jobs, explain gaps in my employment history, etc, etc. #2 was the longest, and it involved a lot of scenarios (a coworker does X -- what do you do?) and questions about how I handled things in previous jobs (tell me a time when you ______). Interview #3 was very brief (10-15 minutes tops) and was a very abbreviated version of #2. I got the impression that it was mostly to see if there were any red flags that had been missed, but otherwise was basically a rubber-stamping of the opinions of the department & sales manager.

General retail store associate questions are given. First interview with HR over the phone. Second meeting was with any Supervisor assigned to interviewing at the time, for this position, was generally Sales Floor Supervisor.
