Very good. A nice guy interviewed me. I got an offer and I took it. He asked important and good questions. I liked the interview. I think that is the way a lot of people should be interviewed.

Came in for an in person interview. Had a meeting with the store am and he asked questions. Later took me around the store to show various departments. Later was told that i would be hearing from them. Decided not to take the offer but seems like a cool place.

Finally Best Buy doesn't require the dreaded personality test but after the application, you'll do an interview involving recording yourself. Once you're done, you may get an email scheduling an in-person interview. Once there, the manager was very nice and professional while he asked me a half dozen questions.
