Applied Sunday night, received call Monday morning to go in for interview next day.
First interview was with department supervisor, general questions "tell me a time when" "what if you saw this" WWYD" things of that nature. After that a week went by.
Second interview with GM , Job offered after that drug and background testing took about 5 days.

easy but lengthy, just be positive and enthusiastic and use past experiences to showcase skills and answer their questions
i found it all depends on the interviewer, so don’t stress if you don’t get it right
The interview will begin with fundamental questions about your background and previous work experience. Afterwards, you’ll be asked behavioural questions, such as how you would handle a situation where a customer is unhappy with a product.

I applied online initially and then was asked to complete a personality questionnaire. That was then followed up with two interviews in person with the hiring manager and store manager. Finally, they conducted a background check and a drug test.
