It is very easy to get an interview if you know someone that works there. I was a employee referral hich expediated my process. I applied and recieved a call for a quick phone screen and scheduled a in person interview. On that interview, they asked very basic interview questions. I did have multiple in person interviews with managers from different departments. One of the manager passed on me which allowed the asset protection manager to hire me.

How would you handle a situation when a customer is seen stealing merchandise?
The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision at work
3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
