Sat in the back room and had a series of two interviews in store and one phone interview before I got the job. They asked me a lot of in depth questions. The questions were a mix of easy and hard. Just be confident and have a positive attitude and you'll do well!

So, what you should expect is to meet with a supervisor or manager after a back office associate calls to set up and interview. That sup or mgr will ask you a series of questions out of an interview guide. If that leader wants to hire you, they will pass you along for a final interview with the general manager (or another assistant manager if the gm is unavailable). Sometimes the wait for the final may take a day or two, but if you're hired after that you'll just need to take a drug test.
