Applied online for an appliances position (at first), called the back-office directly for an interview by the HR manager, and got an interview a couple days later. During the interview, I expressed interest in the computers department and the appliance manager recommended me to the computing supervisor and scheduled me for an interview with him (a few days later). Simple questions, and moved on to the general manager who also asked simple questions. Hired on the spot.

1.They called me 3-4 days after I applied online. (I guess that like the 1st Interview) 2.Talked with the assistant Manager and he was asking me all kinds of questions about me and my previous experience and questions about what would I do in certain situations. He was writing down everything I said. After we were done he said that he wants me to go to the 3th interview with the GM 3.That was the next day. So it kinda was the same with the GM. I was telling him about my previous experience and that I love technology and I am interested in all that stuff etc. He offered me the job there and told me the hourly wage. He send me an email right away and it was all about the starting paperwork process and drug test and background check. ( that can take 2-4 weeks). For me it was done in 14 days.

Simply apply online and you will hear back from the HR rep at the store you applied for. Come in for the interview with the Sales Manager. Basic very easy interview questions. Don't get stressed about this part but just be impressive. The first person that interviews you will be a great friend to you as well as your boss. If all goes well you will then be asked to come back and meet with a general manager. This interview can be a little more intimidating. At this point you should get your offer or not.
