10 minute phone interview, 10-15 minute face to face interview, while i waited, employees working there all made sure to say hi as they passed by me because i was sitting near the punchclock.

it was a typical process. go to job application, upload details, answer some questions, then was called in for in person interview. pretty laid back. the manager seemed to backfill the role.

Very challenging but fair. The interview was very quick. I felt that it was very thorough and asked good quest about customer service, I liked the atmosphere and think it would be a good opportunity.
