They have a very specific process and set of questions. Nothing bad but it is fair and everyone is asked the same set of questions. The process can take a few weeks so do not expect to hit the sales floor right away.

The interview process was in person, however after Covid-19, most online face-time. Interviews are filtered through Indeed website. Questions based on why do you want to work at BestBuy and your availability and previous work experience.
