Online behavior test followed by panel interview, final interview with General Manager of location. Panel interview was friendly and conversational in tone. Seemed like it was a measurement of some technical knowledge and to check fitment for team. Overall a pleasant experience. GM interview was an opportunity for Gm to introduce himself and to see if you would accept the opening offer. There is some negotiation room in some cases.

I applied online. I got a call about a week later to go in for an interview. The interview went great. They didn't ask me any technical questions. They said they would make their decision to hire me or not a couple days later. They never called or emailed me. It took me calling them 2 times for them to send me an email saying they turned me down. I have an associates degree in IT and I am a 8 year military veteran. I have no idea what standards they use to hire people but they clearly have zero to do with qualifications or leadership skills.
