A customer needs a repair done before they leave for a trip the next day but the required repair cannot be done in that timeline. How would you handle the situation at hand?
Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
