Three-part interview. First, I completed an online video interview. Second, I met with the two top managers, and in the third interview, I met with the GM who made the final decision.

My GM placed a package on the table and asked me to open it. It turned out to be an external number pad. He then challenged me to sell it to him on the spot.

Typical Interview with standard behavioral questions and role play questions. If you have any experience with interviewing, this should be very straightforward. They also ask about relevant Sales Experience and availability.

If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.

The questions weren't necessarily hard to answer, however they did make me think. Think of typical interview questions (how would you handle xyz, name a time when xyz, etc...) Overall not too bad.
