Online interview -- multiple questions on a time limit. One try per each question, video response with face cam on. Overall around 15-20 minutes. Not very difficult and can be done at any time.

Phone interview then in person interview. They asked basic questions about what you know related to technology, then asked more about your customer service skills and how you would handle certain situations like an angry customer.
