Very customer service focused questions. Most questions were to gauge how you handle customer interactions. Some were also related to behavioral questions. Fairly easy interview, it is clear they value customer service skills over anything.

Standard interview questions. They ask if you have tech knowledge but it is a plus and not required. Overall the job is more customer oriented than technical but they are more than willing to teach.
it was a very interesting interview, we talked about hitting sales goals and other things. the interview went very smoothly and i ended up getting the job which was nice
