I was given a quick tour and explanation of the job duties, pay, hours, etc. I was asked a few questions about my current job and my experience with dogs.

Group interview setting with regular interview questions and a skills test. They were very interested in making sure you are observant and have strong attention to detail. Part of the skills test involved being able to remember what the outside of the building looked like without knowing it was relevant. They had a few other questions like that as well.
