It was 2 phone interviews lasting half hour each. First was a screening, telling me about the company culture, then more about the role, the person conducting the interview was super nice! The second a week later was mostly about the role, how the structure works, ie.there is a baseline that must be met every month, before anything is paid out to you. The best case scenario is always the one given, but in reality, it doesn't always work. The interviewer would always give the most successful stories of publishers in the company as if taught to do that.

The interviews were quite prompt. They started simply with getting to know you out of the way and lead right into acknowledging the passive connections between obtaining a primarily remote working job. On the second interview, the conversation is taken into how qualities come up about selling advertiments and working with the company, this especially resonate with the Productivity Coach lead conversation on the third call whom establishes what it will take from you once you start selling and obtaining agreements in your work. It works both ways.
