      Colloquio

      Round 1 was with an obviously outsourced HR guy. Round 2 was with the hiring manager, who was younger and didn't seem to know what he was hiring for. Round 3 was a technical interview with the hiring manager and a random team member. The test was an SQL problem and then a leetcode problem. Not bad, but frustrating if you get nervous on interviews, plus any silence is quickly interpreted as being stuck so if you try to sit and think about the problem the interviewer interrupts and won't stop talking. No round 4 Honestly, they are in startup mode still and eventually this entire team will be purged for either outsourced or better equipped individuals, if they aren't automated away. Probably pays great if you get in. But management seems way too young. But if you do want to get hired, just spam leetcode problems because they aren't going to really ask about any thing real that you've done or go into detail about it your experience.

      We're sorry you didn't have a great experience with our recruitment process. While we wouldn't describe ourselves as in "start-up mode," we are in a growing rapidly. Our goal still remains to have a transparent and fair hiring process for everyone. We take feedback seriously and will share this with management.
