I applied online. The reply took almost 2 weeks. At first, there was an apti test. Funny thing is, I applied for PHP developer but test was about Java questions, all output questions. Thank god, I know java too, so was no problem. Then was the F2F round. He asked normal questions like What is PHP, session, cookie etc and some algos.
