I applied as a new grad NP with 10 years RN experience in the same field of the position. I applied online and got a call from the manager for a phone screening. About one week later had a meeting with HR to explain benefits and hiring process and 1:1 interview with department manager. Then a week after that, a 5 hour shadowing experience with NPs. The whole process was not difficult, but it did take some time - about 2 months total from application to offer.

I had to go through 6 rounds of interviews, with 11 team members. It was a very long process over 2 weeks, not the greatest communication during the process. Interview questions were fairly straight forward.
