Two interviews, one with the recruiter and the other with the hiring sales manager and VP of Sales. I confirmed the base salary twice during my 1st interview w/ the recruiter. *The recruiter's misrepresentation of the base salary was discussed and then denied she stated this amount. This is not the correct way to represent a company and recruit new revenue-producing employees. I declined the incorrect/bogus offer due to this gross, outright fabrication.
