I was contacted by an acquaintance who works for BetterUp to see if I would be interested in pursuing the role. I then spoke with the Chief Innovation Officer and had a great conversation. The next step was to submit a work sample (proposal for a new assessment they were thinking of developing) and if they liked it, I would be asked to come on site and interview. I submitted the proposal and was invited for the interview. I ended up not pursuing the opportunity but had a great experience with the hiring manager and the recruiter.
