While the interview process is exhaustive-- with roughly 8 different conversations outside of calls with a staff referrer, the candidate gets an excellent picture of what working for BetterUp is all about, and truly allows you time to reflect about not only if you are the right fit for the company, but if the company is the right fit for you. The process takes a considerable amount of time, but it is efficient, organized, and you always feel prepared by your recruiter for the next round or conversation.
