I applied via an employee referral. Was contacted after a week to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview went well and I was then asked to complete a take home assignment within 3 days and submit back, which I did. Then another interview was scheduled to review the assignment and present to the interviewers. Overall I thought I did well but received a rejection the next day. I sent a follow up for feedback and was told that they wanted more structure in my presentation. I will say the feedback was inconsistent as in the email back to me after submitting the assignment the interviewer specifically said I did a "great job!". But maybe that feedback came from a different person, who knows. Overall the process was pretty straightforward and they moved quickly which was good.

Reached out to a friend to connect me with one of the employees. Was able to visit the office and everyone I met was extremely friendly. Had a chance to meet with the hiring manager during my visit and have an initial discussion on my interest in the role and the company. The next week, scheduled 4 back to back interviews, including an assignment to create and deliver a presentation relevant to the team. Process was very smooth and completed within 2 weeks.
