Waste of my time. I didn't even get past the phone screen. Whoever it was, was extremely arrogant and condescending the entire time. Every time he would snark me I could hear someone in the background laughing. What a joke.
Terrible interview experience. They take a looonggg time to respond. The interviewer engaged in an interrogation; asked me questions nonstop and never gave me a chance to ask questions. They use outdated tech and they overwork their employees. The interview process still involves executive leadership, which for a company of their size, is a definite sign of micromanagement. Stay away.

After applying for a role on the BetterUp website, I scheduled a call with a recruiter. Unfortunately, this recruiter never showed up to our scheduled call. I was quite excited to interview with BetterUp as the company has a good reputation.
