I started a phone screening with a lovely in-house recruiter who made the call feel more like a conversation than a basic screening and then met with the VP of Product Marketing. The interview went really well and I was invited back for additional interviews and a panel presentation session. The questions were standard for product marketing but there was a sense of excitement and curiosity about what could be accomplished in the role. After my interviews, I got nice follow up and prompt feedback from the recruiter and even a response to my thank you email from the VP of Product Marketing. I removed myself from the interview process after receiving a killer offer (top of my range salary + signing bonus so hard to say no) at another company I was interviewing with but from the interviews I had, it seemed like a solid place to work. I’m enjoying where I’m at now but I’d re-apply here in the future.
