When I applied, I was really excited about the opportunity at BetterUp. Then, I was blown away by how incredibly thoughtful the interview process was and it made me want to work at BetterUp even more. From start to finish, the process took about 4 weeks and included a quick screen with the recruiter (who was fabulous!), an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a an "onsite" day of 5 interviews including: - 1 culture focused with cross-functional partner - 1 with a member of the team I would be joining - 1 scenario-based exercise -1 with a manager -1 take-home exercise, walking through an account plan with a VP The last step was a 30 minute conversation with one of the founders, a really unique opportunity to speak with the COO. Throughout the process, the recruiter made herself available to answer questions and kept me in the loop with timing. She was incredibly patient and a joy to work with.

Interviews with HR, sales manager, sales VP, and a random person to check cultural values. The process was quick and had several scenario based sales situations to walk through and talk about with the sales leaders. They focus heavily on identifying cultural values and repeating the BetterUp values makes them get overly excited about you regardless of qualifications.
