The amazing interview process felt like a breeze. I was heard and all my questions were answered. Extremely transparent people with empathy and understanding. I was able to gather all aspects of company work from interview process.

Mostly experience related questions and how I handled different situations during my career. Take-home assignment and final set of interviews that were varying from product vision to technical expertise.
Terrible interview experience. They take a looonggg time to respond. The interviewer engaged in an interrogation; asked me questions nonstop and never gave me a chance to ask questions. They use outdated tech and they overwork their employees. The interview process still involves executive leadership, which for a company of their size, is a definite sign of micromanagement. Stay away.

After applying for a role on the BetterUp website, I scheduled a call with a recruiter. Unfortunately, this recruiter never showed up to our scheduled call. I was quite excited to interview with BetterUp as the company has a good reputation.

Not a very good process. Engineering seems disorganized. Too much focus on personal development over moving the business forward. Slow to make decisions & lack of clarity on roles & responsibilities
