I had a call with the recruiter first. I believe he is in-house. His calendar invite was for 25 minutes. It felt rushed. He talked mostly about the position and the company. A few questions about me. It felt like I had everything they were looking for. He sent me a link to some video questions around their values. I completed the video right away and three days later got an e-mail saying I would not be going forward with any more interviews. No explanation. It feels so incomplete. So unhuman-like. Even something like "you are a really bad interviewer" or we need "XYZ and you don't have it" would have felt better than what they did.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback so we can improve. It's very important to us that every candidate feels they were given adequate time during interviews and that follow-up is sent in a timely manner.
