It's a somewhat long process but I promise it's worth it! It can be nerve-wracking to go through so many steps but once you get on the meetings, the culture of the company really comes out in the people you speak with. Everyone is kind and genuine, so my recommendation is to just be yourself!

Walk me through a difficult conversation or time you had with a customer. How did you approach the situation, what were the results, what would you have done differently (if anything)?

Misleading - IDK what is wrong with this company, but I killed the first two interviews with RVPs. The company, product, mission statement, GTM, and my plan were thoroughly explained. Then, one minute before my third interview with a VP the recruiter calls and says I've been rejected. Based on a scenario that was never asked about. I even spoke to the third interviewer briefly, who had no clue about this. I wasted a lot of time and effort. Stay away from this company.

A complete waste of my time. Don't waste yours! Because the hiring market has been so tough and despite all the incredibly negative GD reviews, I went through BetterUp's long-ass interview gauntlet. It felt endless. Recruiter screen, AVP interview, AVP interview, Behavioral interview, RVP Interview, Executive Interview. I was told all my feedback was amazing and an offer was in sight - just one last call with an Executive. So I made it through the entire process only to have the last interviewer from the Executive team not show up to the call. The recruiter apologized profusely about a "sudden scheduling conflict" and then I was told that they were pausing on hiring but to check back in 3 weeks. 2 weeks after that I saw my recruiter contact had been laid off. Many of the employee reviews mention the atrocious Exec Leadership team and how they take no accountability and blame and churn and burn through the workforce. Feel like my experience as a job candidate mirrors what those reviewers are talking about. Recruiters love to tell you to take GD employee reviews "with a grain of salt". Sure, my BetterUp recruiter said that exact phrase to me. I wonder what her review said after she was laid off 2 weeks later.
