The interview process was very organized and thoughtful. The recruiters were very helpful in ensuring that I was prepared ahead of each of my interviews and they were flexible with scheduling. I met with a diverse panel which was very important to me - I got to meet with people on my team and cross-functional teams to get a good sense of the inner workings of the organization. There was an interview dedicated to discussing values and high impact behaviors which was a big green flag. It was wonderful to see the team's commitment to building BetterUp's culture.

Very lengthy interview process, company is growing very fast, I had the feeling everyone was growing weary of processing so many candidates. Had many different interviews with many different levels.
