Structured process and very intentional. Screen with recruiter > hiring manager > panel > exec interview. Can't fault the process and appreciate the effort the company invest into getting the right candidate. Interviewers were smart, mission-driven (especially the ones who have been there a while) and care about their culture.
The communication - especially around final decision - was very poor, confusing and full of broken expectations . Compounded by the excuses around how fast they are moving, how busy everybody is etc. their actions were incongruent with the values that they so rigorously test for. You learn more about cultural identify in hard times and my experience ultimately left me feeling their culture and values were hollow in key places.
