Extremely lengthy interview process which includes a take home assessment.
Process: Recruiter screen- HM screen- panel with various stakeholders and an in depth assessment/presentation component), followed by an executive interview.
I felt I hit it off really well with every single team member until I got to the end, with someone who had only been with the company for about a week.
I've been in this field for a long time, and the executive interview is typically a meet & greet, get to know you type of interview. Instead, it felt like he was seeking very specific answers to very subjective questions (questions that should've been used to screen me out to begin with).
Lesson learned for me for sure! Hope they modify some of their hiring practices for other great candidates.
