Had a call with a recruiter to learn more about the position and share my experience. I had a few questions about the position, the team, and the overall culture of the company, which the recruiter was able to answer in detail. Questions the recruiter had for me were pretty standard, asking about my experience, some more details about specifics I mentioned, what I wanted in my next role, etc. The recruiter was clear on the next steps and stayed in contact with me after for when I would hear back if I moved to the next round. Unfortunately didn't get a second interview, but I appreciated the quick updates and open communication.
